Kacem El Guernaoui is a Tobin Center / Economics Pre-Doctoral Fellow working for Professor Ahmed Mushfiq Mobarak at the Yale Research Initiative on Innovation and Scale (Y-RISE). He holds a BA in Social Science and Middle Eastern Studies from Sciences Po and an MSc in Economics from the same school. Prior to joining Yale, Kacem worked at Compass Lexecon and at the Morocco Employment Lab, a research initiative lead by J-PAL and EPoD.
