Krista Duncan is a Tobin Center/ Economics Pre-Doctoral Fellow working for Professor Zack Cooper. She attended the University of Toronto for her master’s and bachelor’s degrees. Before coming to Yale, she worked as an economist for the Government of Canada at the Office of the Parliamentary Budget Officer.
