Elizabeth Zhang is a Predoctoral Fellow working with Professor Zack Cooper at the Health Care Affordability Lab. Before joining Yale, she worked at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, focusing on Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act. Elizabeth holds a B.A. in Statistics from Amherst College.
