Evelyn Cheng is a Tobin Center / Economics Pre-Doctoral Research Fellow working with Professor Seth Zimmerman and Professor John Eric Humphries to research the effects of universal preschool. She graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Economics and a B.A. in Computer Science.
