Hemawathy Balarama a Tobin Center / Economics Pre-Doctoral Fellow working with Professor Rohini Pande the Yale Economic Growth Centre (EGC). She holds an M.A. in Economics from University of Toronto and a BComm (Hons) in Econometrics and Economics from Monash University.
