Olivia Micca is the Health Policy Program Manager and Pre-Doctoral Fellows Program Coordinator for the Tobin Center where she supports operations for the Health Policy Team and the Pre-Doctoral Fellows Program.

Before joining Tobin, Olivia served as a HealthForward AmeriCorps Member at Central CT Area Health Education Center in Hartford from 2019 to 2021, where she coordinated health education programming in high schools throughout Central Connecticut with the goal of increasing representation in health careers from underrepresented communities. Olivia then continued her work there as the Executive Assistant/Program Manager for two more years, where she supervised the AmeriCorps programming and oversaw the operations of the agency.

Olivia also was also elected in 2021 to serve on the Planning Commission in her hometown of New Fairfield Connecticut.

Olivia received her B.S. in Public Health and M.P.H. from Southern Connecticut State University.
