Ron Borzekowski
Senior Policy Fellow
Ron Borzekowski is the Director of Yale's Data-Intensive Social Science Center (DISSC) and a Senior Policy Fellow at the Tobin Center. He is also the nominee to serve as director of the Office of Financial Research (OFR) in the U.S. Department of Treasury. Prior to his role at DISSC and Tobin, Ron was the director of Amazon Web Services for economics, before which he held roles at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission, and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. Ron earned a B.A. in political science and mathematics from Stanford University, a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a PhD in economics from Stanford University.
