Shihas Abdul Razak

Shihas Abdul Razak is a Tobin Center / Economics Pre-Doctoral Fellow working for Professor Ahmed Mushfiq Mobarak at the Yale Research Initiative on Innovation and Scale (Y-RISE). Shihas is a recipient of Weiss Fund Kabir Banerjee Predoctoral Fellowship. He has done his education at MES Ponnani College and the Centre for Development Studies, Thiruvananthapuram, India. Prior to joining Yale, he has been associated with various research and policy institutions, including the Reserve Bank of India, the Kerala State Planning Board, and Busara Center for Behavioral Economics. His research interests primarily include development, social mobility, and political economy.
